摘　　要：文章主要介绍王娟教授运用柴夏消痤方治疗结节性痤疮的临床经验。痤疮是临床上常见的慢性反复性损容性皮肤病,严重影响着现代人的身心健康。王娟教授从"肝郁"理论角度入手,临床应用经验方柴夏消痤方治疗肝郁化热所导致的结节性痤疮,收效良好。In this paper, clinical experiences of Professor Wang Juan in treating nodular acne with the Chaixia Xiaocuo presciption(柴夏消痤方) were introduced. Acne is a commonly chronic, repetitive and disfigured skin disease in the clinic, which affects the physical and mental health of modern people seriously. Professor Wang Juan treated nodular acne caused by the heat from liver depression with the Chaixia Xiaocuo prescription in the clinic from the perspective of liver depression theory, and gained good effects. Now the experience was summarized as follows for more referrence.
