Research on the Spatiotemporal Evolution of the Synergy State of China’s Marine Ecological Civilization and Marine Science and Technology Innovation System

摘  要:海洋生态文明与海洋科技创新之间协同发展能够有效落实海洋强国战略和提高我国综合国力,在阐述二者协同关系的基础上,通过复合系统有序度和协同度模型分析2006—2016年中国海洋生态文明系统与海洋科技创新系统协同状态的时空演变和原因。结果显示:(1)两系统有序度均呈持续上升趋势,年均增长率分别为22%和24%,海洋生态文明系统有序度整体高于海洋科技创新系统;(2)二者协同度总体呈持续攀升状态,但目前仍处于一般协同状态,且协同过程存在波动性;(3)中国沿海各地区根据协同状态和进化速度的不同可划分为七大类型,分别提出针对性建议。The coordinated development of marine ecological civilization and marine scientific and technological innovation can effectively implement the strategy of marine power and enhance my country’s comprehensive national strength. Based on the explanation of the synergistic relationship between the two systems, the spatial-temporal evolution and reasons of the collaborative state between China’s marine ecological civilization system and marine science and technology innovation system from 2006 to 2016 are analyzed by using the composite system synergy degree model. The results show as follows: (1) The orderliness of the two systems continues to rise, with an average annual growth rate of 22% and 24% respectively. The orderliness of the marine ecological civilization system is higher than that of the marine technology innovation system as a whole;(2) The degree of synergy between the two is generally continuously increasing, but it is still in a general state of synergy, and the synergy process is volatile;(3) According to the co-evolution speed and current synergy level of the complex system, the coastal areas are divided into seven categories, and specific recommendations are put forward.
