摘 要:目的探讨小肠癌组织中肿瘤标志物microRNAs的表达水平和临床价值。方法回顾性收集我院与合作中心2015年1月至2020年1月收治的小肠癌组织55例作为观察组,收集同期因良性占位、外伤等行肠切除的患者55例作为对照组,检测两组患者组织中microRNAs表达情况,筛选出有价值的microRNAs,分析其与患者临床特征的相关性。结果共筛查26个microRNA,基因芯片结果显示小肠癌组织中miR-23和miR-155表达增高。与对照组比较,观察组miR-23显著增高(2.09±0.54 vs.0.78±0.44,P=0.000);miR-155显著增高(1.98±0.48 vs.0.82±0.32,P=0.000)。淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ期或Ⅳ期、远处转移或肿瘤直径≥5 cm的患者miR-23、miR-155显著高于其余患者(P<0.05)。肿瘤分化程度与miR-23、miR-155无明显相关性。结论 miR-23和miR-155在小肠癌组织中升高,与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、远处转移、肿瘤直径相关,或可作为新型的肿瘤标志物。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical value of microRNAs in small intestinal carcinoma.Methods From January 2015 to January 2020,55 cases of small bowel cancer tissues in our hospital and cooperation center were retrospectively collected as observation group( OG),and 55 cases of patients undergoing intestinal resection due to benign space occupying or trauma were collected as control group( CG).The microRNAs expression in tissues were detected,valuable microRNAs were screened out,correlation and clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results 26 microRNAs were screened. Microarray results showed that expressions of mir-23 and miR-155 were increased in colorectal cancer.Compared with CG,mir-23 in OG was significantly increased( 2. 09±0. 54 vs.0. 78±0. 44,P = 0. 000),and miR-155 was significantly increased( 1. 98±0. 48 vs.0. 82±0. 32,P =0. 000).Mir-23 and miR-155 were significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ,distant metastasis or tumor diameter ≥5 cm( P < 0. 05). There was no significant correlation between tumor differentiation degree and miR-23,miR-155.Conclusion The miR-23 and miR-155 could be increased in small bowel cancer tissue,which are related to lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,distant metastasis and tumor diameter.It may be used as new tumor markers.
