摘　　要：社会创业的兴起为解决社会问题、满足社会需求提供了一种新的实现方式。本文基于资源基础观,对社会创业资源整合过程进行剖析,将社会创业资源整合过程分为资源识别与选择、资源获取、资源激活与再造三个阶段,理清社会创业资源整合不同阶段的行为特点和主要任务,提炼每个阶段资源整合的关键特征,分析各个阶段的主要影响因素,并构建社会创业资源整合过程模型。本文采用跨案例研究方法,选择了三家典型的成功的社会企业,运用模型对其资源整合过程进行分析,验证模型的可用性,从资源基础观的角度揭示社会企业能够在创造社会价值的同时实现可持续经营和成长的内在原因。Social entrepreneurship provides a new way to solve social problems and meet social needs. Based on RBV, this study divides the resource integration process of social entrepreneurship into three stages: Resource identification and selection, resource acquisition and resource activation and restruction. Further more, it clarifies the behavioral characteristics, pivotal features, primary mission and influencing factors of each stage and then builds a resource integration model of social entrepreneurship. With a multi-case study method, three successful social enterprises have been selected to help verify the availability of the model. The study reveals that social enterprises can create social values while achieving sustainability from the perspective of resources.
