摘  要:食管吻合口瘘是食管癌术后严重的并发症之一。文献报道其发生率占所有食管癌术后并发症中的2%~30%;食管吻合口瘘可引起颈部、纵隔的严重感染甚至发生胸骨后脓肿,如果不及时处理可导致死亡。尽管缝合技术和材料不断发展,吻合口瘘仍然是一个未解决问题。目前尚没有稳定、可靠和特定的动物模型,而稳定可靠的动物模型是明确食管吻合口瘘发病机制、病理生理过程和治疗方式的重要手段。因此我们急切希望建立完善的功能性动物模型促进食管吻合口瘘的动物实验研究及术后食管吻合口瘘的预防、治疗及康复。本文将对食管吻合口瘘的现状、食管吻合口瘘动物模型制备方法以及评价方法进行阐述与归纳。Esophageal anastomotic fistula is one of the severe complications of esophagectomy.It is reported that the incidence rate of esophageal anastomotic fistula accounts for 2%to 30%among all postoperative complications of esophagectomy,which can lead to severe infection of the neck,mediastinum,or even retrosternal abscess,and even cause death if not being treated in time.Despite the continuous development of suture techniques and materials,anastomotic fistula remains a unsolved problem.However,at present,there are no stable,reliable and specific animal models,and stable and reliable animal models are important means to clarify the pathogenesis,pathophysiological processes and treatment modalities of esophageal anastomotic fistula.Therefore,we are eager to establish a perfect functional animal model to promote the animal experimental study of esophageal anastomotic fistula and the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of postoperative esophageal anastomotic fistula.In this paper,the present situation of esophageal anastomotic fistula,the preparation method and evaluation method of animal model of esophageal anastomotic fistula are described and summarized.
