健身运动处方融入高校体育保健课程的实践探索

摘　　要：健身运动处方融入高校体育保健课程可以有效改善体育保健生的体质现状。因此,文章依据2019—2020学年第一学期制定的健身运动处方实践进行了改进,通过对2020—2021学年第一学期进行再次验证,探讨健身运动处方对体育保健生锻炼的有效性与可行性。本次研究主要以忻州师范学院保健生进行为期8周的健身运动处方教学。在2019—2020学年第一学期8周的健身运动处方实践后,再与2020—2021学年第一学期的测试结果比较,结果显示,体育保健生都出现了较好的改变,验证了此健身运动处方在提高学生体质健康方面的有效作用。由此设计了健身运动处方流程图,及授课内容模式图,为高校今后体育保健课融入健身运动处方手段,服务于体育保健生提供实用性和实践参考依据。Physical fitness prescription can effectively improve the physical condition of physical health care students.Therefore,according to the practice of fitness prescription made in the first semester of 2019-2020 academic year,the effectiveness and feasibility of fitness prescription for physical health care students are discussed by re-verifying the first semester of 2020-2021 academic year.This study mainly used Xin Zhou Teachers University health care students for 8 weeks of fitness prescription teaching.After eight weeks of fitness prescription practice in the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic year,and then compared with the test results in the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year.The results showed that the physical health care students had a good change,which verified the effective effect of the fitness exercise prescription in improving students’physical health.This paper designs the flow chart of fitness exercise prescription and the pattern diagram of teaching content.The purpose of this paper is to provide practical and practical reference basis for the future integration of physical education and health care courses into fitness exercise prescription means and to serve sports health care students.
