摘　　要：心理健康问题是高校学生的重要问题,也是较为普遍的问题,高校辅导员是疏导大学生心理问题的排头兵。高校辅导员是大学生价值观、世界观、人生观形成的引导者、管理者和教育者,高校辅导员自身的价值观、世界观、人生观要符合社会主义主流核心价值观,而且要和时代的需要和当代大学生的要求无缝对接,文章通过例证的方法从价值观教育、学习观教育、情感观教育、择业观教育四个方面阐明了高校辅导员的心理健康教育工作,为高校辅导员有效解决大学生心理问题提供了参考。Mental health is an important and common problem for college students,it is also a common problem,and college counselors are the pacesetting to ease the psychological problems of college students.College counselor is the formation of values,world outlook,the outlook on life guide,administrators and educators,college counselor’s own values,world outlook,the outlook on life,to conform to the mainstream of socialist core values,and to the needs of The Times and the requirement of the contemporary college students seamless docking,this paper from the view of values education,learning education,emotional education and education are greatly four aspects illuminates the work of mental Health Education of College Counselors,effectively solve the college students’psychological problems.
