摘  要:进入以乡村振兴为引领的后扶贫时期,我国扶贫开发工作的重点已转向治理相对贫困问题,着力解决知识贫困、能力贫困、精神贫困等,以促进人的可持续发展。在此进程中,消解和收编长期存在于我国乡村地区的贫困文化特别是让乡村青少年从贫困文化中走出来,全方位教育引导学生立志、励志,是激发贫困人口内生动力、阻断贫困代际传递、提升乡村人力资本水平的关键。教育信息化建设不仅实现了优质教育资源的跨时空配置和更为多元且个性化的教育供给,也进一步推动了新兴技术与教育教学的深度融合,通过加速文化交流与传播、促进文化选择、推动文化传承与创新、改变"身份文化"分层等机制,进一步激发和放大了教育培养人和改造人的功能,传播和弘扬了社会主义主流价值观,让学生树立正确的思想意识、行为规范和价值理念,对加快消解和收编乡村贫困文化起到了重要作用。Across the post anti-poverty period led by rural revitalization,the key work of anti-poverty in China has shifted to the governance of relative poverty.Focusing on solving knowledge poverty,capacity poverty and spiritual poverty,to promote man’s sustainable development and overall development becomes the ultimate goal.In this process,deconstructing and transforming the long-term existence of poverty culture in rural China,especially to let rural teenagers get rid of the poverty culture and reestablish their life ideals,which is the key to stimulate the endogenous motivation of the poor population,block the intergenerational transmission of poverty,and improve the level of rural human capital.Educational informatization not only enables high-quality educational resources to be allocated across time and space,providing more diversified and personalized education choices,but also further promotes the deep integration of emerging technologies and education.Through the mechanism of accelerating cultural transmission,screening beneficial culture,promoting cultural inheritance and innovation,even changing cultural identity,educational informatization further stimulates and amplifies the function of education to cultivate and transform people.Spreading and carrying forward socialist mainstream values can help rural students establish correct ideology,behavior norms and value concepts,which is important for accelerating the deconstruction and transformation of rural poverty culture.
