气候变化背景下长江经济带生态环境状况变化及其研究综述

摘　　要：长江经济带将中国中西部欠发达与东部沿海发达地区联系起来,是中国综合实力最强的地区之一,其生态环境状况关乎全国经济社会的发展,相关研究对于推进资源开发,生态环境保护、风险防范以及区域协调发展都有着重要的意义。通过国内外文献梳理与归纳,总结出长江经济带主要生态环境问题为:生态系统格局变化剧烈;服务功能、质量降低;湿地和湖泊减少;生物多样性面临威胁;石漠化、水土流失现象严重;资源利用粗放浪费、环境污染日趋严重;洪涝、干旱灾害交替出现等。当前研究以生态系统格局、质量、功能时空变化以及生态环境承载力、生态系统服务等特定功能的评估最为常见,未来需系统、深入地加强生态环境问题的源头防治、修复治理措施以及政策保障等研究,优化研究方法,并注重研究的成果转化与业务应用,统筹推进经济发展与环境保护的协调融合。The Changjiang River Economic Belt(CREB)is one of the most powerful regions in China,which links the underdeveloped central and western areas with the developed coastal eastern areas.The ecological environment of the CREB had an important impact on the national economic and social development.Therefore,the related research is of great significance to promote resource development,environmental protection and regional coordinated development,and to prevent ecological environment risks.Through literature review and induction at home and abroad,the main ecological and environmental problems of the CREB are summarized as follows:the dramatic change in the pattern of ecosystems,the decrease in service function and quality of ecosystems,the reduction of wetland and lake,the threat of biodiversity,the serious phenomenon of rock desertification and soil erosion,the extensive waste of resource utilization,the increasingly serious environmental pollution,and the alternation of flood and drought disasters,etc.At present,the assessments of temporal and spatial changes in ecosystem pattern,quality and function,as well as some specific functions as ecological environment carrying capacity and ecosystem services,are the most common.In the future,it is necessary to systematically and deeply strengthen the research on the prevention and control from the source of ecological and environmental problems,the treatment and restoration measures,and the policy guarantee;to optimize the study methods;to pay attention to the transformation of research results into business application;and ultimately to comprehensively promote the coordination and integration of economic development and environmental protection.
