摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺癌患者应用新辅助化疗后对甲状腺功能的影响。方法:将本院100例乳腺癌患者(2017年1月-2020年1月)纳入研究,入院时所有患者均需抽血化验,检测甲状腺功能,在给予乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗后再检测甲状腺功能,比较化疗前后患者的变化,并通过简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评价患者化疗前后的生活质量。结果:本组乳腺癌患者化疗后FT_(4)水平与化疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),TSH、T_(4)水平高于化疗前,FT_(3)、T_(3)水平低于化疗前(P<0.05)。本组乳腺癌患者化疗后生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(GH)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)评分均低于化疗前(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者应用新辅助化疗后对甲状腺功能有一定影响,TSH、T_(4)水平升高,FT_(3)、T_(3)水平降低,且生活质量有所下降,需引起临床重视。Objective:To analysis of the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on thyroid function in breast cancer patients.Method:A total of 100 breast cancer patients (admitted from January 2017 to January 2020) in our hospital were included in the study.All patients were required to have blood tests to test thyroid function upon admission,and then tested thyroid function after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer patients,compared the changes of patients before and after chemotherapy,and evaluated the quality of life of patients before and after chemotherapy through the concise health status questionnaire (SF-36).Result:In this group of breast cancer patients,FT_(4) levels after chemotherapy compared with those before chemotherapy,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).TSH and T_(4) levels were higher than before chemotherapy,and FT_(3) and T_(3) levels were lower than before chemotherapy (P<0.05).In this group of breast cancer patients,the scores of physiological function (PF),physiological function (RP),physical pain (BP),general health (GH),vitality (VT),social function (SF),and emotional function (RE) after chemotherapy were all Lower than before chemotherapy (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients has a certain impact on thyroid function,TSH and T_(4) levels increase,FT_(3) and T_(3) levels decrease,and quality of life decreases,which requires clinical attention.
