镜像神经元康复疗法联合阶段性语言康复训练对脑卒中后失语症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨镜像神经元康复疗法联合阶段性语言康复训练对脑卒中后失语症患者的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年3月本院脑卒中后失语症患者80例。以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组接受阶段性语言康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用镜像神经元康复疗法。比较两组临床疗效、干预前后语言功能与满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组汉语标准失语症检查(CRRCAE)各亚项正确答案率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组语言康复、社会功能、自理能力与生存质量满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镜像神经元康复疗法联合阶段性语言康复训练可有效提升脑卒中后失语症患者的恢复效果,加快患者语言功能恢复,提高患者的满意度。Objective:To explore the influence of mirror neuron rehabilitation therapy combined with phased language rehabilitation training on the patients with aphasia after stroke.Method:A total of 80 patients with aphasia after stroke were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received phased language rehabilitation training,and the observation group added mirror neuron rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical efficacy,language function before and after intervention and satisfaction.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after intervention,the correct answer rates of CRRCAE subitems in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the speech rehabilitation,social function,self-care ability and quality of life satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mirror neuron rehabilitation therapy combined with phased language rehabilitation training can effectively improve the recovery effect of patients with aphasia after stroke,speed up the recovery of patients’ language function,and improve patients’ satisfaction.
