血清CA153、CYFRA21-1表达与肺鳞状细胞癌化疗效果的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清糖类抗原153(CA153)、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原(CYFRA21-1)表达与肺鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)化疗效果的关系。方法:选取2016年3月-2020年12月笔者所在医院肿瘤科收治的65例LSCC患者,测定其血清CA153、CYFRA21-1水平,予以化疗后观察患者化疗效果,并按照化疗效果分为良好组与一般组,分析LSCC患者血清CA153、CYFRA21-1水平与其化疗效果的相关性。结果:65例LSCC患者化疗后效果良好39例,良好率60.00%,效果一般26例,一般率40.00%。两组性别、年龄、肿瘤直径及肿瘤分期比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);良好组血清CA153、CYFRA21-1水平均低于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清CA153、CYFRA21-1水平高表达均是导致LSCC患者化疗效果一般的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:LSCC患者化疗效果一般可能与其血清CA153、CYFRA21-1水平高表达有关,临床可考虑通过检测LSCC患者血清CA153、CYFRA21-1水平以预测化疗效果一般风险,对改善化疗效果有积极意义。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of serum carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153) and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen (CYFRA21-1) and the effect of chemotherapy in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC).Method:Sixty-five LSCC patients admitted to the Oncology Department of the author’s hospital from March 2016 to December 2020 were selected and their serum CA153 and CYFRA21-1 levels were measured.After receiving chemotherapy,the efficacy of chemotherapy was observed,and the patients were divided into the good group and the normal group according to the efficacy of chemotherapy.The correlation between serum CA153 and CYFRA21-1 levels in LSCC patients and the efficacy of chemotherapy was analyzed.Result:There were 39 cases with good effect (60.00%) and 26 cases with general effect (40.00%).There was no significant difference in gender,age,tumor diameter and tumor stage between the two groups (P>0.05).The serum levels of CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in the good group were lower than those in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the high expression of serum CA153 and CYFRA21-1 were the influencing factors for the general efficacy of chemotherapy in LSCC patients (OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of chemotherapy in LSCC patients may generally be related to the high expression of serum CA153 and CYFRA21-1 levels.Clinical detection of serum CA153 and CYFRA21-1 levels in LSCC patients can be considered to predict the general risk of chemotherapy effect,which is of positive significance to improve the effect of chemotherapy.
