摘　　要：“组织起来”是中国共产党的一大优势。在百年的奋斗历程中,中国共产党对农民的组织经历了动员性组织、改造性组织、赋权性组织和整合性组织四个阶段。从组织目标、组织特征等方面回顾中国共产党组织农民的百年实践,可以总结出基本经验:构建强有力的基层党组织,融党的先进性与群众性于一体,服务国家目标与满足农民需求相结合,在组织农民过程中尊重农民的主体性。2021年后,中国共产党在组织和带领广大农民群众迈向“第二个一百年”奋斗目标的新征程中,需要创新组织农民的方式方法,健全组织农民的制度机制,以引领和回应能力实现组织农民的目标,坚持党对农民的组织与农民的自我组织有机统一。“Organizing”is a major advantage of the Communist Party of China.In the course of one hundred years’struggle,the organization of the CPC to farmers has gone through four stages:mobilization organization,transformation organization,empowerment organization and integration organization.A review of the CPC’s practice in organizing farmers for a hundred years from the aspects of organizational objective and organizational characteristics shows the following basic experience:building a strong grass-roots party organization,integrating the advanced nature and mass nature of the party,serving the national goal and meeting the needs of farmers,and respecting the subjectivity of farmers in the process of organizing them.After 2021,in the new journey of organizing and leading the masses of farmers to the goal of the second centenary,the CPC needs to innovate the ways and methods,improve the institutional mechanism,achieve the goal of organization with the leading and responding abilities,and adhere to the organic unity of the party’s organization for the farmers and the farmers’self-organization.
