摘 要:基于梁轨相互作用原理,建立桥上无缝道岔线桥墩一体化模型,对典型高架站咽喉区单渡线道岔梁+简支梁+单开道岔梁上无缝道岔的轨道受力和变形特性进行分析;对不同小阻力铺设方案、道岔梁间插入简支梁方案的轨道受力和变形特性规律进行研究。研究结果表明:钢轨伸缩附加力、钢轨制动附加力最大值出现在单渡线道岔梁梁缝处,钢轨强度、钢轨纵向位移、尖轨跟端限位器及翼轨跟端间隔铁受力均满足要求。设置小阻力扣件对无缝道岔的受力有利,道岔梁两端或道岔梁相邻简支梁布置小阻力扣件能够有效降低钢轨伸缩力、制动力、轨底总应力;道岔梁与道岔梁之间增加简支梁可以减小温度跨度,对无缝道岔的受力有利,道岔梁与道岔梁间宜设置1孔或以上简支梁。Based on the principle of beam-rail interaction,the track-beam-pier integration model of the continuously welded turnout is established,and the track stress and deformation characteristics of the continuously welded turnout on the single crossover turnout beam+simply supported beam+simple turnout beam in the throat area of the typical elevated station are analyzed;the rules for track stress and deformation characteristics of different small resistance laying schemes and simply supported beam inserted between turnout beams are studied.The results show that the maximum subsidiary load of rail expansion and braking appears at the joint of single crossover turnout beam,and the rail strength,rail longitudinal displacement and the stress of limiting stopper of heel of switch rail and the spacer block of heel of wing rail are in conformance with the requirements.The setting of small resistance fasteners is beneficial to the stress of continuously welded turnout,and the layout of small resistance fasteners at both ends of turnout beam or adjacent simply supported beam of turnout beam can effectively reduce the rail expansion force,braking force and total stress at the rail base;the addition of simply supported beam between turnout beams can reduce the temperature span,which is beneficial to the stress of continuously welded turnout,and the simply supported beam with one hole or more should be placed between turnout beams.
