摘 要:在城市轻轨低地板列车应用过程中,为适应城市环境,需降低地板面高度,多采用独立轮对形式。而独立轮对虽然没有稳定性困扰,但本身不具备导向能力,从而表现出不同于传统轮对的轮轨接触与磨耗特征。采用五模块低地板列车模型,根据实际运用工况选取典型踏面与59R2槽型轨轨道,采用多点接触修正后的Fastsim算法进行轮轨接触分析。选取不同线路工况,通过Archard磨耗模型对车轮磨耗进行计算,最终获取传统轮对与独立轮对的磨耗特征。对磨耗特征的分析结果表明,独立轮对更适合应用于R200 m以下小半径曲线较多线路,传统轮对适用于直线和R200 m以上大半径曲线。In the application process of low-floor trains in the urban light rail transit,it is necessary to reduce the floor level and adopt more independent wheelsets for the purpose of adapting to the urban environment.However,although independent wheelsets are stable,they have no guiding capacity,thus showing the wheel-rail contact and wear characteristics different from traditional wheelsets.The five-module low-floor train model is adopted,and the typical tread and 59 R2 grooved rail track are selected according to the actual working condition of application.The multi-point contact modified Fastsim algorithm is applied to analyze the wheel-rail contact.Different working conditions of track are selected to calculate the wheel wear with Archard wear model,and the wear characteristics of traditional wheelsets and independent wheelsets are obtained finally.The analysis results of wear characteristics show that the independent wheelsets are more suitable for the tracks with more small radius curves below R200 m,while the traditional wheelsets are suitable for the straight tracks and tracks with large radius curves above R200 m.
