摘 要:人向着卓越的生命发展势态而存在,正是这种生命的卓越特性使人不断超出其自然生命的有限性,走向生命及其精神的充盈、高贵和完满。面向生命个体而在、为了生命发展而教的教育是促成个体生命卓越性得以发展的动力,也因此为其走向卓越创设了可能。然而,在现实教育中,这种卓越性却因为功利教育的熏染、考试竞争的盛行、教育权威的泛化、静态证明的评价等原因出现了异化。因此,要真正应对异化进而引领个体生命走向卓越,教育就必须在教育目的、教育过程、教育氛围和教育评价等核心层面上实现自身的重构。Man exists towards the development of excellence,because the excellent characteristics of man enable him to transcend his limited natural life and move towards spiritual richness,noble soul and full life.The education oriented to the individual and for the development of life provides the power for the excellent development of the individual life,and the individual life creates more possibilities for the realization of excellence through the authentic education.Staring at the educational reality,we find that it is difficult for education to lead individual life to excellence because of the influence of utilitarian education,the prevalence of examination competition,the generalization of educational authority and the evaluation of static proof.Therefore,in order to lead the individual life to be excellence,education should be carried out from four aspects:to promote the real excellence of individual life with the educational purpose of value rationality;to guide the continuous generation of excellence in individual life with the education of awakening the consciousness of transcendence;to cultivate the outstanding characteristics of individual life with the educational atmosphere of coexistence of teachers and students;to lead the generation of excellence in individual life with the dynamic development of educational evaluation.
