摘　　要：不断提升人民群众生态福祉是新时代我国社会主义现代化建设的题中之义。人民群众生态福祉的提升有利于促进人的可持续性生存和发展,有利于降低社会环境风险,有利于推进我国生态文明建设。然而,目前我国存在着由于人与自然关系的失衡导致的生态环境风险、人民群众绿色发展意识薄弱、生态福祉保障体系不健全等现实困境,严重制约了人民群众生态福祉的增进。为此,要从加强生态治理筑牢生态安全屏障、提升人民群众的绿色发展意识、坚持以人民为中心的价值取向等方面,协同推进新时代人民群众生态福祉的提升。To promote the ecological well-being of the people continuously in the new era is one of the theme of China′s socialist modernization,which is of great significance.It is also conducive to promoting human sustainable survival and development,alleviating social and environmental risks,and promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China.However,at present,there are some practical difficulties in China,such as the prominence of eco-environmental risks caused by the imbalance between man and nature,people′s weak awareness of green development,and the imperfect security system of ecological well-being,which seriously restrict the improvement of people′s ecological well-being.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen ecological governance to build a solid ecological security barrier,enhance the people′s awareness of green development,adhere to the people-centered value orientation to promote the ecological well-being of the people in the new era.
