摘　　要：目的探讨真空辅助旋切术对乳腺肿物患者短期复发率及美观效果的影响。方法将2018年2月至2020年2月我院收治的60例乳腺肿物患者随机分为对照组(乳晕旁切口手术,30例)与观察组(真空辅助旋切术,30例)。比较两组的临床指标、美观效果、复发情况。结果观察组的切口长度及手术时间均短于对照组,手术费用高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组的乳房外形、切口瘢痕、色素沉积及乳头乳晕感觉评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访3个月,两组的复发率(3.33%vs.6.67%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对乳腺肿物患者行真空辅助旋切术,虽然手术费用较高,但其手术切口较小,术后乳房美观度较高,复发率低。Objective To explore the influence of vacuum-assisted atherectomy on short-term recurrence rate and aesthetic effect of patients with breast masses.Methods 60 patients with breast masses admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were divided into control group(periareolar incision surgery,30 cases)and observation group(vacuum-assisted atherectomy,30 cases).The clinical indicators,aesthetic effect and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The incision length and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the operation cost was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after operation,the scores of breast shape,incision scar,pigmentation,and nipple and areola sensation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Following up for 3 months after operation,no statistical difference was found in the recurrence rate(3.33%vs.6.67%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Vacuum-assisted atherectomy for patients with breast masses has higher operation cost but smaller surgical incision,higher postoperative breast beauty,and low recurrence rate.
