摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素结合康复新液对复发性口腔溃疡小鼠组织损伤的作用及相关机制。方法C57野生型雄性小鼠48只按照随机数字表法分为3组:模型组、雌激素组与联合组,每组各16只。所有小鼠都建立了复发性口腔溃疡模型,建模后2周,雌激素组给予雌激素注射(250μg/kg)干预,联合组给予雌激素注射(250μg/kg)结合康复新液灌胃(0.2 mL/次)干预,模型组给予同剂量的0.9%氯化钠溶液注射治疗,治疗周期均为2周。治疗第1周与第2周记录各组小鼠体重,检测血清白细胞介素(IL)-6与IL-8表达水平,并于治疗第2周检查口腔溃疡指数和口腔上皮组织Caspase-3蛋白相对表达水平。结果治疗第1周与第2周,雌激素组与联合组小鼠的体重高于模型组,血清IL-6与IL-8表达水平低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组小鼠的体重高于雌激素组,血清IL-6与IL-8表达水平低于雌激素组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第2周,雌激素组与联合组小鼠的口腔溃疡指数、口腔上皮组织Caspase-3蛋白相对表达水平低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组小鼠的口腔溃疡指数、口腔上皮组织Caspase-3蛋白相对表达水平低于雌激素组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌激素结合康复新液在复发性口腔溃疡小鼠的应用能缓解组织损伤,抑制炎性因子的释放,降低口腔上皮细胞凋亡率,促进小鼠正常发育。Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen combined with Kangfu Xinye on tissue damage in mice with recurrent oral ulcers and related mechanisms.Methods Forty-eight C57 wild-type male mice were divided into 3 groups according to the random number table method-model group,estrogen group and combination group,with 16 mice in each group.All mice were established recurrent oral ulcer models,two weeks after modeling,the estrogen group was given estrogen injection(250μg/kg)intervention,and the combined group was given estrogen injection(250μg/kg)combined with Kangfuxin liquid gavage(0.2 mL/time)intervention,snd the model group was treated with the same dose of normal saline injection,and the treatment period was 2 weeks.The body weight of the mice in each group was recorded in the first and second weeks of treatment,and the expression levels of serum interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8 were tested.In the second week of treatment,oral ulcer index and oral epithelial tissue Caspase-3 the relative protein expression level was detected.Results In the first and second weeks of treatment,the body weight of the mice in the estrogen group and the combination group was higher than that in the model group,and the levels of serum IL-6 and IL-8 in the estrogen group and the combination group were lower than those in the model group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the weight of the mice in the combination group was higher than that in the estrogen group,and the levels of serum IL-6 and IL-8 in the combination group were lower than those in the estrogen group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the second week of treatment,the oral ulcer index and the relative expression of Caspase-3 protein in oral epithelial tissues of the estrogen group and the combination group were lower than those in the model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the oral ulcer index and the relative expression level of Caspase-3 protein of oral epithelial tissue in the combination
