摘  要:天投国际商务中心超厚底板厚度达3m,为满足施工要求,采用槽钢与钢筋组合临时支撑结构体系。由于该结构体系缺乏试验研究及合适、完善的设计理论或规范规定,为保证施工安全,需进行稳定性分析。首先开展现场加载试验,得到组合临时支撑结构体系在指定竖向荷载作用下的响应;然后建立考虑初始弯曲的组合临时支撑结构体系精细化有限元模型,并对加载试验进行模拟;最后计算得到临时支撑结构体系稳定承载力及安全系数。研究结果表明,天投国际商务中心采用的组合临时支撑结构体系具有较高的安全储备,可满足施工安全要求。The thickness of ultra-thick bottom plate of Tiantou International Business Center is up to 3 m.In order to meet the construction requirements,the temporary support structure system composed of channel steel and reinforcement is adopted.Due to the lack of experimental research and suitable and perfect design theory or specification,stability analysis is needed to ensure the safety of construction.Firstly,the field loading test was carried out to obtain the response of the composite temporary support structure system under the specified vertical load.Secondly,a refined finite element model of composite temporary support structure system considering initial bending is established,and the loading test is simulated.Finally,the stability bearing capacity and safety factor of temporary support structure system are calculated.The research results show that the combined temporary support structure system adopted by Tiantou International Business Center has high safety reserves,which can meet the construction safety requirements.
