体外高频热疗联合化疗在局部晚期胸腹部恶性肿瘤中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨体外高频热疗联合化疗对局部晚期胸腹部恶性肿瘤的效果与安全性。方法:以2018年4月-2019年10月笔者所在医院60例局部晚期胸腹部恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为试验组(体外高频热疗+化疗,30例)和对照组(单纯化疗,30例)。比较观察两组疗效,采用EORTC QLQ-C30量表评价两组生存质量,统计两组肿瘤进展时间与生存期,观察两组相关不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗后临床有效率56.67%、临床受益率83.33%、最终有效率53.33%,均高于对照组(χ^(2)=8.531、4.022、4.762,P<0.05)。试验组治疗后EORTC QLQ-C30评分(60.14±7.85)分,肿瘤进展时间(5.13±1.09)个月,生存期(8.24±2.35)个月,均优于对照组(t=4.868、4.491、4.015,P<0.05)。患者治疗相关不良反应均为轻度症状,且两组发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:体外高频热疗联合化疗治疗局部晚期胸腹部恶性肿瘤效果确切,可有效提高临床疗效,延缓肿瘤进展,改善患者生存质量,延长生存期,效果优于单纯化疗且安全性理想。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of external high-frequency hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced chest and abdomen malignancies.Method:A total of 60 patients with locally advanced chest and abdomen malignancies in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 as the research object,they were randomly divided into the experimental group (in vitro high frequency hyperthermia+chemotherapy,30 cases) and the control group (chemotherapy alone,30 cases).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and observed.The quality of life of the two groups were evaluated by the EORTC QLQ-C30 scale,statistics of the tumor progression time and survival time of the two groups,and the occurrence of related side effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 56.67%,the clinical benefit rate was 83.33%,and the final effective rate was 53.33%,which were higher than those of the control group (χ^(2)=8.531,4.022,4.762,P<0.05).EORTC QLQ-C30 score (60.14±7.85) points,tumor progression time (5.13±1.09) months and survival period (8.24±2.35) months after treatment in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (t=4.868,4.491,4.015,P<0.05).Treatment-related side effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were mild symptoms and there was no significant difference in incidence.Conclusion:External high-frequency hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy has a definite effect in the treatment of locally advanced chest and abdomen malignant tumors.It can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,delay tumor progression,improve the quality of life of patients,and prolong survival.The effect is better than chemotherapy alone and has high safety.
