摘　　要：文章分析了新型气动自翻车的主要结构、工艺方案、制造工艺难点及解决措施等内容。为满足产品的制造要求,以总体的工艺方案为目标,针对技术难点进行逐项剖析研究,并制定了相应的解决措施,以达到产品的性能指标要求,满足客户的使用要求。The article analyzes the main structure,process plan,manufacturing process difficulties and solutions of the new type pneumatic self-dumper.In order to meet the manufacturing requirements of the product,with the overall process plan as the goal,the technical difficulties are analyzed and studied item by item,and corresponding solutions are formulated to achieve the product performance index requirements and meet the customer's use requirements.
