摘　　要：本文对影响施工进度的各个因素和主要原因加以阐述和分析,并结合自身实践有针对性地提出以事前控制、动态管理为主的对策,对提高施工进度管理水平,确保建筑工程项目按时保质保量完工,促进施工进度管理更加科学化、规范化、制度化具有较大的意义。The article elaborates and analyzes the various factors and main reasons that affect the construction schedule,and combines its own practice to propose countermeasures based on prior control and dynamic management to improve the level of construction schedule management and ensure that construction projects are on time and quality and quantity.After completion,it is of great significance to promote more scientific,standardized and institutionalized construction schedule management.
