摘　　要：大肠息肉是指由多种病因导致的从肠道内壁向肠腔生长的肠黏膜隆起型病变,主要发生于结直肠,一般无特殊临床表现。肠息肉一般需择期行内镜下切除,其病理类型分为腺瘤性息肉和非腺瘤性息肉,前者有癌变风险。大肠癌包括直肠癌和结肠癌,是较为常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来全世界大肠癌的发病均呈现上升趋势。幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是人体内最常见的病原菌之一,我国Hp感染率约为40%~70%,目前已证实活动性胃炎、胃十二指肠溃疡、胃恶性肿瘤、胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤等疾病的发病均和Hp感染有关,而Hp感染是否增加大肠息肉及大肠癌的发病风险目前存在分歧,因此,本文就Hp感染与大肠息肉、大肠癌的关系及其可能机制进行总结,旨在进一步明确Hp感染与大肠息肉及大肠癌的关系,对临床诊治策略及早期预防大肠癌提供参考。Colorectal polyps are protruding lesions of the intestinal mucosa that grow from the inner wall of the intestine to the lumen caused by a variety of causes.They mainly occur in the colorectal and generally have no special clinical manifestations.Intestinal polyps generally require selective endoscopic resection,and their pathological types are divided into adenomatous polyps and non-adenomatous polyps.The former has the risk of cancer.Colorectal cancer includes rectal cancer and colon cancer,which are relatively common malignant tumors.In recent years,the incidence of colorectal cancer worldwide has shown an upward trend.Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is one of the most common pathogens in the human body.The Hp infection rate in my country is about 40%~70%.It has been confirmed that active gastritis,gastroduodenal ulcer,gastric malignant tumor,gastric mucosa-associated lymph node The incidence of tissue lymphoma and other diseases are all related to Hp infection,and whether Hp infection increases the risk of colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer is currently divided.Therefore,this article summarizes the relationship between Hp infection and colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer and its possible mechanism,aiming to further clarify the relationship between Hp infection and colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer,and provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies and early prevention of colorectal cancer.
