摘　　要：加强高校基层服务型党组织建设是贯彻党的教育方针的抓手,既是现实需要,也是时代的要求。分析部分高校基层服务型党组织的现状,在服务意识、工作内容、制度建设等方面,根据各自不同的环境,构建高校建设基层服务型党组织的对策。Strengthening the construction of service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level is the starting point for colleges and universities to carry out the Party’s educational policies,because it is not only the practical need but also the requirement of the Times.In terms of service consciousness,work contents,system construction and so on,colleges and universities need to adopt different countermeasures for constructing grass-roots service-oriented party organizations in accordance with their diff erent environments.
