摘 要:以‘蒙原’欧李(Cerasus humilis)为试材,采用干旱胁迫、干旱+抑制PSⅡ活性和调控叶绿体的方法,研究欧李叶片叶绿体光合参数与超弱光子辐射(UPE)的变化及二者之间的关系,以期为UPE的激发机制提供参考依据。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,欧李叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)呈下降趋势,UPE强度亦呈下降趋势;干旱胁迫期间,光合参数及UPE强度均低于正常浇水处理。进一步在干旱胁迫且用LaCl_(3)抑制PSⅡ活性条件下,干旱胁迫和干旱+LaCl_(3)处理下欧李叶片的Pn、Tr、Gs均逐渐降低,UPE强度亦呈下降趋势;抑制PSⅡ活性条件下,光合参数及UPE强度均低于干旱胁迫处理。相关性分析也表明,干旱胁迫及干旱+LaCl_(3)处理下欧李叶片UPE与Pn、Tr、Gs均呈正相关。对欧李叶片叶绿体UPE的研究发现,UPE强度随叶绿体浓度的增加而增大;且抑制PSⅡ活性下叶绿体的UPE强度明显低于未被处理的叶绿体的UPE强度。综合以上结果,干旱胁迫降低了欧李叶片的光合作用,同时也降低了UPE强度;进一步抑制PSⅡ活性,光合效率下降,UPE亦降低;调控叶绿体情况下,UPE强度与叶绿体浓度变化趋势一致。以上说明UPE与光合作用关系密切,叶绿体可能为产生UPE的细胞器之一。‘Mengyuan’Cerasus humilis was used as test material,and drought stress,drought+inhibition of PSⅡactivity and regulation of chloroplast were used as treatment methods,the changes of photosynthetic parameters and ultraweak photon emission(UPE)and the relationship between the two were expected to provide a reference basis for the excitation mechanism of UPE.The results showed that under drought stress,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),and stomatal conductance(Gs)of Cerasus humilis leaves showed a downward trend,and the UPE intensity also showed a downward trend;during the drought stress,the above photosynthetic parameters and the intensity of UPE of the leaves of Cerasus humilis were all lower than those of normal watering treatment.Under the conditions of drought stress and LaCl_(3)inhibition of PSⅡactivity,the Pn,Tr,and Gs of Cerasus humilis leaves gradually decreased under drought stress and drought+LaCl_(3) treatment,and the UPE intensity also showed a downward trend;under the conditions of inhibiting PSⅡactivity,the above photosynthetic parametersand the UPE intensity were lower than those under drought stress.Correlation analysis also showed that UPE and Pn,Tr,and Gs were positively correlated with drought stress and drought+LaCl_(3)treatment.Studies on chloroplast UPE found that the intensity of UPE increased with the increase of chloroplast concentration;moreover,the UPE intensity of chloroplasts was significantly lower than that of untreated chloroplasts when PSⅡactivity was inhibited.Based on the above results,drought stress reduced photosynthesis of Cerasus humilis leaves,and also reduced UPE intensity;further inhibited PSⅡactivity,decreased photosynthetic efficiency,and UPE also decreased;under the control of chloroplasts,UPE intensity and chloroplast concentration trends were consistent.The above showed that UPE was closely related to photosynthesis,and chloroplast was one of the organelles that produce UPE.
