摘　　要：农业高职毕业生就业稳定性影响着国家乡村振兴战略的实施与农业企业的运营,也是学生拥有成功职业生涯的要素之一。分析了影响农业高职毕业生就业稳定性的主要因素,构建了影响毕业生就业稳定性的六因素模型,以加强农业高职学生就业稳定性。The employment stability of agricultural higher vocational graduates affects the implementation of the national rural vitalization strategy and the operation of agricultural enterprises,which is also one of the elements for students to have a successful career.The main factors that affect the employment stability of agricultural higher vocational graduates are analyzed,and the sixfactor model is constructed to strengthen the employment stability of agricultural higher vocational students.
