摘  要:针对风电功率波动性和随机性给电网稳定运行带来的不利影响,提出一种基于风电功率变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)技术和混合储能系统的风电并网控制策略。首先,对典型风电出力场景的原始功率进行变分模态分解,根据风电并网功率波动标准将原始功率分解为并网功率和储能功率,在平抑风电功率的前提下实现最大功率并网;其次,根据储能元件响应特性完成储能功率的初级分配,并在系统内部监测超级电容荷电状态(state of charge,SOC),通过模糊控制对储能元件初级功率进行二次修正。仿真结果表明:该控制策略可以在实现风电功率最佳分解和合理分配的同时确保并网功率的最大消纳,有效抑制风电并网功率波动;同时可保证储能元件的荷电状态稳定在安全范围内,极大地延长了储能元件的使用寿命。Aiming at the adverse effects of wind power fluctuation and randomness on the stable operation of power grid,a wind power grid-connected control strategy based on wind power variational mode decomposition(VMD)technology and hybrid energy storage system is proposed.Firstly,the original power of a typical wind power output scene is subjected to variational mode decomposition,and the original power is decomposed into grid-connected power and energy storage power according to the wind power grid-connected power fluctuation standard,and the maximum power is connected to the grid under the premise of smoothing the wind power.Secondly,according to the response characteristics of the energy storage component,the primary distribution of the energy storage power is completed within the system,the super-capacitor state of charge(SOC)is monitored,and the primary power of the energy storage component is corrected twice by fuzzy control.The simulation results show that the control strategy can ensure the maximum dissipation of grid-connected power while achieving the optimal decomposition and reasonable distribution of wind power,restraining the fluctuation of wind power grid connection effectively,and ensuring that the state of charge of energy storage components is stable.Thus,the service life of the energy storage component is greatly extended.
