精神分裂症给予阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗的比较研究

摘　　要：目的对比阿立哌唑和利培酮对精神分裂症的治疗效果。方法从我院在2015年8月至2017年8月收治的精神分裂症患者中随机选择98例为本次的研究对象,以治疗方式为依据将所有入选患者平均分成对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=49)。给予对照组患者利培酮,给予观察组患者阿立哌唑,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组的治疗总有效率为87.76%,与观察组的91.84%相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前的阳性与阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome,PANSS)评分和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(Social Disability Screening Schedule,SDSS)评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗后对应指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前生活质量和NOSIE评分对比无差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,NOSIE评分中积极因素评分高于对照组,消极因素得分低于对照组,存在数据差异(P<0.05)。结论利培酮和阿立哌唑均对精神分裂症有着显著的治疗效果,与利培酮相比,阿立哌唑的不良反应发生率更低,更加安全可靠,可使患者临床症状得到明显改善,提升其生活质量,因此临床中将阿立哌唑作为治疗精神分裂的首选药物,值得在深入探讨的基础上展开广泛应用。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of aripiprazole and risperidone on schizophrenia.Methods Ninety-eight patients with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were randomly selected as the research objects for this study.Based on the treatment method,all the selected patients were equally divided into the control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49).The patients in the control group were treated with risperidone and the patients in the observation group were treated with aripiprazole to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 87.76%,compared with 91.84% in the observation group,there was no statistically significant difference in data(P>0.05);Positive and Negative Syndrome(PANSS)scores and Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS)scores were no statistically different(P>0.05),the observation group patients were corresponding indicators after treatment significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference in quality of life and NOSIE score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment,the score of positive factors in NOSIE score was higher than that in the control group,and the score of negative factors was lower than that in the control group,with data difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Both risperidone and aripiprazole have significant therapeutic effects on schizophrenia,but compared with risperidone,the incidence of adverse reactions of aripiprazole is lower,and compared with risperidone,it is more safe and reliable.Aripiprazole can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the improvement of their quality of life.Therefore,the clinical use of aripiprazole as the first choice for the treatment of schizophrenia is worthy of further discussion.Expand a wide range of applications.
