奥氮平联合富马酸喹硫平对精神分裂症患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究应用奥氮平联合富马酸喹硫平治疗精神分裂患者的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月于我院进行治疗的46例精神分裂患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=23)和对照组(n=23),对照组给予单独奥氮平治疗,研究组给予奥氮平联合富马酸喹硫平治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的简明智力状态检查量表(MMSE)低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的TESS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用奥氮平联合富马酸喹硫平治疗精神分裂症患者具有较好的临床效果,不仅能减少不良反应的发生,而且能改善患者的精神状态。Objective To explore the effect of olanzapine combined with quetiapine fumarate in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A selection of 46 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into a study group(n=23)and a control group(n=23)according to a random number table.The control group was given a single austrian in the treatment of azapine,the research group was given olanzapine combined with quetiapine fumarate for treatment.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the MMSE of the patients in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the TESS score of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of olanzapine and quetiapine fumarate in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia has a good clinical effect,which can not only reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,but also improve the mental state of patients.
