ICU高血压性脑出血患者术后应用亚低温治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析ICU高血压性脑出血患者术后应用亚低温治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的60例ICU高血压性脑出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者术后接受常规治疗,观察组患者额外接受亚低温治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后卒中评分、认知能力,评估治疗有效率。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为90.00%(27/30)、对照组为73.33%(22/30),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ^(2)=11.525)。两组患者卒中评分、认知能力治疗前接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者卒中评分为(17.75±1.23)分、认知能力为(24.73±2.33)分。对照组患者卒中评分为(21.84±1.71)分、认知能力为(20.49±2.16)分。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05,t=33.104、14.932)。结论ICU高血压性脑出血患者术后应用亚低温治疗,治疗有效率高,患者卒中评分、认知能力改善明显。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mild hypothermia in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in ICU after operation.Methods Sixty patients with ICU hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine treatment after operation,while the patients in the observation group received additional mild hypothermia treatment.Stroke score,cognitive ability and treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment efficiency.Results The effective rate of treatment was 90.00%(27/30)in the observation group and 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,χ^(2)=11.525).There was no significant difference in stroke score and cognitive ability between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the stroke score and cognitive ability of the patients in the observation group were(17.75±1.23)points and(24.72±2.33)points.The stroke score and cognitive ability of the patients in the control group were(21.84±1.71)points and(20.49±2.16)points.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05,t=33.104,14.932).Conclusion Mild hypothermia treatment is effective for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in ICU after operation.The stroke score and cognitive ability of patients are improved obviously.
