精神分裂患者应用棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液与奥氮平治疗的效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗精神分裂症的临床有效性。方法选择我院于2017年7月至2018年11月收治的100例精神分裂症患者。随机分为奥氮平组与棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液组,各50例,分别应用奥氮平治疗、棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、用药依从性、不良反应发生率以及治疗前后两组患者阳性与阴性症状量表评分、生活质量评分的差异。结果棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液组治疗总有效率高于奥氮平组,用药依从性高于奥氮平组,均P<0.05。两组患者治疗期间不良反应出现情况相似,P>0.05。治疗前两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分、生活质量评分比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液组阳性与阴性症状量表评分低于奥氮平组,生活质量评分高于奥氮平组,P<0.05。结论与奥氮平相比,棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗精神分裂症效果好,可有效改善患者的症状,提高用药依从性,且可更好改善患者的生活质量,安全性好。Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of paliperidone palmitate injection in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods One hundred patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to November 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into olanzapine group and paliperidone palmitate injection group,50 cases in each,treated with olanzapine and paliperidone palmitate injection respectively.The total effective rate of treatment,medication compliance,incidence of adverse reactions,and differences in the scores of positive and negative symptom scales and quality of life between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of paliperidone palmitate injection group was higher than that of olanzapine group,and medication compliance was higher than that of olanzapine group,both P<0.05.The adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during the treatment period were similar,P>0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the positive and negative symptom scale scores and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale scores of the paliperidone palmitate injection group were lower than olanzapine group,the quality of life score was higher than that in the olanzapine group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with olanzapine,paliperidone palmitate injection has a better effect in the treatment of schizophrenia.It can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve medication compliance,and can better improve the quality of life of patients with good safety.
