后天性麻痹性斜视应用复方樟柳碱联合电针穴位针刺治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨后天性麻痹性斜视应用复方樟柳碱联合电针穴位针刺治疗的临床观察分析。方法将100例后天性麻痹性斜视患者划分为两组,对照组实施常规治疗方法,研究组应用复方樟柳碱联合电针穴位针刺治疗方法。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;两组治疗前MDA、SOD、生活质量评分均无差异性,P>0.05;研究组治疗后MDA低于对照组,而SOD、生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论应用复方樟柳碱联合电针穴位针刺治疗后天性麻痹性斜视的效果确切。Objective To investigate the clinical observation and analysis of compound anisodine combined with electro-acupuncture at acupoints in the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus.Methods One hundred cases of acquired paralytic strabismus were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the study group was treated with compound anisodine combined with electro-acupuncture at acupoints.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference in the scores of MDA,SOD and quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the MDA of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,while the scores of SOD and quality of life were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound anisodine combined with electro-acupuncture at acupoints is effective in the treatment of congenital paralytic strabismus.
