氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联用治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联用治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年3月至2018年11月于本院住院治疗的94例急性脑梗死患者作为研究主体,将其随机分为对照组(47例)与治疗组(47例),对照组给予阿司匹林进行治疗,治疗组给予氯吡格雷联同阿司匹林进行治疗,观察两组的临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,对照组治疗总有效率为78.72%,治疗组的总有效率为95.74%(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,BI评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血浆hs-CRP水平和血小板聚集率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者采用氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联用治疗的效果显著,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical Efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 94 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group(47 patients)and the treatment group(47 patients).The control group was treated with aspirin.The treatment group was treated with clopidogrel and aspirin.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 78.72%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.74%(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma hs-CRP level and platelet aggregation rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of clopidogrel and aspirin in patients with acute cerebral infarction has significant efficacy and high safety.
