摘　　要：目的探究盐酸伊托必利治疗慢性胃炎合并消化不良患者的效果。方法选取本院2018年5月至2019年3月收治的110例慢性胃炎合并消化不良患者,采用摸球法分为研究组(n=55)和常规组(n=55)。研究组采用盐酸伊托必利治疗,常规组采用多潘立酮治疗,两组均持续治疗2个月。比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、胃窦收缩率、胃窦收缩幅度及治疗前后症状总积分。结果研究组治疗总有效率、胃窦收缩率、胃窦收缩幅度、不良反应发生率均优于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组症状总积分低于常规组和同组治疗前(P<0.05)。结论盐酸伊托必利治疗慢性胃炎合并消化不良患者的效果显著,可有效控制患者的临床症状及不良反应,改善其胃动力水平。Objective To investigate the effect of itopride hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic gastritis combined with dyspepsia.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic gastritis and dyspepsia admitted from May 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group and the routine group by using the ball method,55 cases in each group.The study group was treated with itopride hydrochloride,and the routine group was treated with domperidone both groups continued treatment for 2 months.The treatment effect,the occurrence of adverse reactions,gastric sinus contraction rate,gastric sinus contraction amplitude and the total scores before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment,gastric sinus contraction rate,gastric sinus contraction amplitude,and incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of the study group was lower than that of the routine group and the same group before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Itopride hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis with dyspepsia.It can effectively control the occurrence of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions,improve its gastric motility.
