综合疗法联合AIT治疗依从性差儿童弱视研究

摘　　要：目的评估疗效差的远视性弱视儿童的心理状态,探讨综合疗法联合AIT治疗对依从性差儿童弱视治疗的临床意义。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表家长用表和Conners父母症状问卷对疗效差弱视儿童进行评定并筛选出心理行为异常的患儿共计33例,将这些患儿随机分为两组,试验组采用综合疗法联合AIT治疗,对照组采用综合疗法治疗弱视。结果治疗6个月后,两组的疗效无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗12个月后,试验组治疗有效的眼数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6、12个月后,试验组CBCL、PSQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合疗法联合AIT治疗对依从性差儿童弱视疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the psychological status of hyperopic amblyopia children with poor curative effect,and to explore the clinical significance of comprehensive therapy combined with AIT in the treatment of amblyopia children with poor compliance.Methods The children with amblyopia were evaluated by Achenbach child behavior scale and Conners parent symptom questionnaire,and 33 children with abnormal psychological behavior were selected and randomly divided into two groups:experimental group:comprehensive therapy combined with AIT treatment.Control group:comprehensive therapy for amblyopia.Results After 6 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups,P>0.05;after 12 months of treatment,the number of effective eyes in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 and 12 months of treatment,the CBCL and PSQ scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive therapy combined with AIT treatment is significant effective for amblyopia in children with poor compliance.
