泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月至2019年5月我院收治的70例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35),对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组给予泮托拉唑治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,止血时间、症状消失时间均短于对照组,C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论泮托拉唑用于消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者中具有良好的临床疗效,可有效缓解症状,减轻炎性反应,有利于提升生活质量,且不会增加不良反应,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 70 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from June 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given omeprazole,and the observation group was given pantoprazole.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels are lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer patients complicatedx with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has good clinical efficacy,can effectively relieve symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve the quality of life,and will not increase adverse reactions,has good safety.
