神经内科护士疼痛知识及对患者态度与行为的调查研究

摘　　要：目的针对神经内科护士疼痛知识及对患者态度与行为进行调查研究。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月于本院神经内科工作的专职护士40名为研究对象,其中工作年限在5年以下者20名,5年及以上20名,学历为大专及以下者20名,本科及以上者20名。比较不同工作年限(5年以上及5年以内)护士中文版疼痛处理量表各维度得分情况,比较不同学历护士中文版疼痛处理量表各维度得分情况,并对神经内科护士疼痛知识、疼痛护理态度及行为进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果5年及以上工作年限护士中文版疼痛处理量表各维度得分均明显高于5年以下工作年限护士(P<0.05);本科及以上学历护士中文版疼痛处理量表各维度得分均明显高于大专及以下学历护士(P<0.05);患者对疼痛的陈述、患者的生理症状、患者的疼痛程度及护士的主观评估为影响神经内科护士疼痛知识、疼痛护理态度及行为的独立危险因素。结论神经内科护士工作年限越长、学历越高,其对于疼痛相关医学知识及应对患者的能力越理想,在实践工作中应结合患者对疼痛的描述、患者的生理状况等综合因素进行疼痛评估与干预。Objective To investigate the nurses'knowledge of pain and their attitude and behavior towards patients in neurology department.Methods The 40 full-time nurses working in the department of neurology from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected as research objects,including 20 nurses with working years less than 5 years,20 nurses with 5 years or above,20 nurses with college education or below,and 20 nurses with bachelor degree or above.Compare the scores of different dimensions of Chinese version of pain management scale for nurses with different working years(more than 5 years and less than 5 years);compare the scores of different dimensions of the Chinese version of pain management scale for nurses with different academic qualifications;multivariate logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the influencing factors of nurses'knowledge,attitude and behavior of pain care.Results The scores of the Chinese version of the pain management scale for nurses with 5 years or above were significantly higher than those with less than 5 years(P<0.05).The scores of the Chinese version of the pain management scale for nurses with bachelor degree or above were significantly higher than those of nurses with junior college degree or below(P<0.05).The patients'statements of pain,patients'physiological symptoms,patients'pain degree and nurses'subjective evaluation were independent risk factors affecting nurses'knowledge,attitude and behavior of pain care in neurology department.Conclusion The longer the working years and the higher the educational background of nurses in neurology department,the better their knowledge of pain-related medicine and their ability to cope with patients.Pain evaluation and intervention should be carried out in combination with comprehensive factors such as patients'description of pain and patients'physiological conditions.
