凝血指标、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原在原发性肺癌诊治中的意义

摘　　要：目的分析凝血指标、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原在原发性肺癌诊治中的意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连市中医医院收治的40例患有原发性肺癌患者作为观察组,另选取同期40名健康志愿者作为对照组。两组患者均采用Stago自动凝血分析仪,测定其血浆凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体浓度,并比较检测结果。结果观察组患者凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间均长于对照组,纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体浓度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者进行凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体检测,对患有原发性肺癌的患者来说,发生及预后具有重要的诊断价值。Objective To analyze the significance of coagulation indexes,D-dimer and fibrinogen in the diagnosis and treatment of primary lung cancer.Methods A total of 40 patients with primary lung cancer admitted to Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.Plasma prothrombin time,thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,fibrinogen and D-dimer concentrations in 2 groups were measured by STAGO automatic coagulation analyzer,and the test results were compared.Results The prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the concentrations of fibrinogen and D-dimer in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the diffelence was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Prothrombin time,thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,fibrinogen and D-dimer have important diagnostic value in the occurrence and prognosis of primary lung cancer.
