摘　　要：JMJD5属于JMJD蛋白家族,与肿瘤的发生密切相关。JMJD5在一些肿瘤中发挥致癌作用,如口腔癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌和非典型脑膜瘤,促进癌细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭。然而JMJD5在一些肿瘤中不仅发挥致癌作用也发挥抑癌作用,如在膀胱癌中可抑制膀胱癌的转移;在肝癌中,一方面促进乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的复制,另一方面却抑制癌细胞的生长;在肺癌中,一方面促进癌细胞的增殖,另一方面却促进微管的稳定从而抑制癌细胞转移。文章阐述JMJD5在肿瘤中的相关机制,以期为肿瘤防治提供新的靶点。JMJD5 belongs to the protein family of JMJD and is closely related to tumorigenesis.JMJD5 plays a carcinogenic role in some tumors,such as oral cancer,prostate cancer,breast cancer,colon cancer and atypical meningiomas,JMJD5 promotes the proliferation,migration and invasion of cancer cells.However,JMJD5 not only plays a carcinogenic role in some tumors,but also plays an anticancer role.For example,in bladder cancer,JMJD5 inhibits the metastasis of bladder cancer;in liver cancer,on the one hand JMJD5 promotes the replication of hepatitis B virus(HBV),and on the other hand it inhibits the growth of cancer cells;in lung cancer,on the one hand JNJD5 promotes the proliferation of cancer cells,and on the other hand it inhibits the metastasis of cancer cells by promoting the stabilization of microtubules.This article will focus on the mechanisms of JMJD5 in tumors,in order to provide a new target for tumor prevention and treatment.
