摘  要:目的探讨PBL案例情景教学法在手外科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018—2019学年在手外科实习的医师60人,对基础医学课程已经做了系统学习,将实习医师随机分为10个小组,每小组6人,每个小组再随机分为两个大组(试验组和对照组),每个大组30人。试验组采用PBL联合案例情景教学法,对照组采用传统的临床观摩结合专题讲座教学法。实习结束后,对学生以调查问卷的形式进行教学效果评估,以学生考试成绩作为客观评价标准,包括理论考试、操作技能考核、模拟临床情境成绩,对所有数据进行统计学处理。结果试验组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),理论考试、操作技能、模拟临床情境考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用PBL案例情景教学法能明显提高手外科的实习教学效果,对培养医学生解决临床实际问题能力优势明显。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with case and situational teaching method in clinical practice teaching of hand surgery.Methods There were 60 interns of our university in 2019—2020 school year.These students have been taught by traditional teaching methods and have systematically studied relevant basic medical courses.All the students were randomly divided into 10 groups,6 students in each group,and then randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,30 students in each group.The experimental group adopted PBL combined case and situational teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional clinical observation combined with special lecture teaching method.After the end of internship,the teaching effect was evaluated in the forms of questionnaire and the test.The test score included the theoretical test,operational skills test,simulated clinical situation results.Data were statistically processed.Results The teaching satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The test score of experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,PBL combined with case and situational teaching method can significantly improve the effect of surgical practice teaching,especially in ability to solve practical clinical problems.
