摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础教学法(PBL教学法)在普外科护理带教中的应用价值和教学质量情况。方法选择2019年锦州医科大学普外科临床医学本科生60例作为研究对象,采用随机纸片法进行分组,对照组30例和观察组30例,观察两组学生出科考试评分和教学质量评分情况。结果观察组学生普外科专业理论知识、临床操作技能、临床病历书写、病例分析考核评分高于对照组,观察组学生对于普外科实习的兴趣、思维能力、知识点掌握、学习效率、课程安排满意度、自学能力、创新性均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法主要是通过团队的各司其职和协作分工,解决常见的临床各类问题,更加注意提高学生学习主观能动性,调动学生自己提出问题和解决问题,加强团队沟通交流的综合性素质。PBL教学法在普外科护理带教中应用,可以提高学生考试水平和教学质量。Objective To explore the application value and teaching quality of problem-based learning(PBL)in general surgery nursing teaching.Methods 60 clinical medicine students in Jinzhou Medical University surgery department in 2019 were selected as objects,which were divided into two groups by random paper method,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the detection group,the after-department examination score and teaching quality score of two groups were detected.Results The specialized theoretical knowledge in surgery department,clinical skills,clinical case writing,patients analysis and assessment score of detection group students were higher than the control group,the interest in general surgery internship,thinking ability,knowledge points to master,learning efficiency,satisfaction with the curriculum,self-study ability,innovativeness of detection group students were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method is mainly to solve common clinical problems through the team’s respective duties and cooperation,pay more attention to improve students’learning initiative,mobilize students to ask and solve problems,and strengthen the comprehensive quality of team communication.The application of PBL teaching method in general surgery nursing teaching can improve students’examination level and teaching quality.
