摘  要:住院医师规范培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,其关系到毕业后能否胜任工作岗位。超声科专科性极强,既不同于临床科室,又与临床各个科室紧密相连,超声科医生不仅知识涉及面广,又要把临床理论与实际技能操作相联系,这就需要住培学员多元化、多方位学习,在短时间内掌握专业基础知识和专业技能操作。文章通过探讨微课+传统三联模式教学,在传统三联教学模式的基础上,增加针对性强的实践操作类微课视频,对知识点直观讲解与演示,增加常见疾病的超声表现及临床思维的微课视频,把超声表现与临床思维联系,意在寻求一种合理、有效、优化的教学模式,培养出理论强、技术硬的优秀住培毕业生。Standardized training of residents is an extremely important part of continuing education for medical students after graduation,which is related to their ability to perform their jobs after graduation.Medical imaging is highly specialized,not only different from clinical departments,but also closely connected with clinical departments,ultrasound doctors not only have extensive knowledge,but also need to connect clinical theories with operation of basic practical skills.This requires the trainees to learn in a diversified and multi-faceted way,and master the basic professional knowledge and skills in a short period of time.By analyzing the microlecture and triple teaching model in the ultrasound department practice teaching of standardized training for residents,on the basis of the traditional triple teaching model,add targeted practical operation microlecture,intuitive explanation and demonstration of knowledge points,and increase the ultrasound performance and clinical thinking of common diseases,to connect ultrasound imaging with clinical theories.The purpose of this study is to exploring a reasonable,effective and optimized teaching mode to provide new ideas for the education and training of students.
