摘　　要：全日制专业学位教育是培养高层次、应用型、复合型人才的重要途径,是国家研究生教育内容的重要组成部分,专业硕士教育是应对社会对研究生类型日益多元化的需求的新时代产物,也是学历研究生教育的有益补充。文章针对临床医学专业硕士学位研究生培养现状以及培养过程中存在的一些问题,结合目前我国的发展需求,提出了转变传统观念、优化专业硕士课程体系、借助校外临床实践基地,推动"双导师"制以及提升培养过程的监管力度等一系列的建议,旨在通过临床医学专业硕士学位研究生培养模式的改革,培养出更多符合国家要求和社会需求的高层次的专业人才,促进临床专业硕士研究生培养的发展。The full-time professional degree education is an important way to cultivate high-level,applied and compound talents.It is an important part of the national graduate education content.The professional master education is a new era product to meet the increasingly diversified needs of the society for graduate students,and it is also a beneficial supplement to the graduate education.In view of the current situation of the cultivation of master’s degree in clinical medicine and some problems existing in the cultivation process,combined with the current development needs in China,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions,such as changing traditional concepts,optimizing the course system of master’s degree in clinical medicine,promoting the"double tutor"system with the help of the off campus practice base,and improving the supervision of the cultivation process,aiming to achieve a great success in clinical medicine with the reform of the training mode of the postgraduates,more and more high-level professionals who meet the requirements of the country and the social needs will be trained to promote the development of clinical medicine master’s training.
