摘　　要：目前,半钢子午胎具备15000条/天的生产能力,该厂房未来规划最大产能为18000条/天。新增成品外检分拣系统项目旨在实现PCR成品胎从修剪、外检到机检成品胎入库工序之间的自动输送、自动修剪、自动分拣、自动机检、自动入库输送(输送至仓库入库区域,不含自动入库分检)及数据实时自动上传等功能,改变现外检分拣区修剪、分拣装车、免检卸车入库、机检运输上胎等主要依靠人工为主的现状。At present,semi-steel radial tires have a production capacity of 15,000 tires per day,and the planned maximum production capacity of the plant in the future is 18,000 tires per day.The newly added finished tire sorting system project aims to realize the functions of automatic conveying,automatic trimming,automatic sorting,automatic machine inspection,automatic warehousing and conveying,and real-time automatic data upload of PCR finished tires.The new system will change the current situation of mainly relying on manual labor for trimming,sorting and loading,inspection-free unloading and warehousing,and machine inspection for transportation and loading of tires.
