摘  要:托槽粘结是口腔正畸学操作的关键步骤之一,托槽的正确粘接及精准定位将极大影响后续的矫治效果。传统的正畸实验教学受示教者体位、实验环境、实验器材、操作步骤等限制,难以达到理想效果。“正畸托槽粘结”虚拟仿真实验系统使用3 d max软件进行三维重建,并利用HTML、CSS编程语言进行页面设计。通过术前准备,操作前准备,托槽粘结,术后处理四个模块,分步骤系统性学习了正畸患者从初诊资料搜集、X线片分析、托槽粘结及术后医嘱等临床一系列流程。该系统还提供了多个训练课程、评分标准和不同项目内容供学生反复操作练习,优化教学过程,提高教学效果,提升口腔临床技能教学效率。Bracket bonding is one of the key steps of orthodontic operation.The correct bonding and precise positioning of brackets will greatly affect the follow-up effect.The traditional orthodontic experimental teaching is limited by the teaching position,experimental environment,experimental equipment,operation steps and so on.The"orthodontic bracket bonding"virtual simulation experiment system uses 3D Max software for 3D reconstruction,and HTML,CSS programming language for page design.Through four modules of pre-operative preparation,preimplement preparation,bracket bonding and post-operative treatment,students can systematically study a series of clinical processes such as initial data collection,X-ray film analysis,bracket bonding and post-operative medical advice.This system can also provide multiple training courses,scoring standards and different project contents for students to practice repeatedly,optimizing the teaching process,improving the teaching effect and promoting the efficiency of oral clinical skill teaching.
