摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后继续教育的重要组成部分。心脏外科作为外科学二级学科,起步晚,发展快,专业性极强,通常在综合实力较强的三甲医院或者心血管病专科医院才会有短时间的非心脏外科专业住院医师规范化培训课程,目前仍处于探索阶段,教学工作中存在诸多问题。我院心脏外科是广东省临床重点专科,参与住培工作。文章以日常实践为基础,总结教学经验,从改进教学方法、丰富教学内容、重视人文教育三个方面,探讨如何提高规范化培训的教学质量,提高住院医师学习的主动性,以期为非心脏外科专业住院医师心脏外科规范化培训的教学提供借鉴和参考。Standardized training of resident is an important part of continuing education after graduation.Cardiovascular surgery,as a second-level subject of surgery,started late and developed rapidly,was professional and practical.It is usually arranged in a large general third-class hospital or cardiovascular specialist hospital to have a short period of standardized training for non-cardiovascular surgery resident.Cardiovascular surgery in our hospital is a key clinical specialty in Guangdong province.On the basis of daily practice,this paper summarizes teaching experience,from three aspects:improving teaching methods,enriching teaching contents and attaching importance to humanistic education,discusses how to improve the teaching quality of standardized training and improve the initiative of resident doctors in learning.It is expected to provide reference for the teaching of standardized training for non-cardiovascular surgery resident.
