摘　　要：国医大师张学文教授认为恶性肿瘤的病机以"正虚邪实、痰瘀浊毒交夹"为主,治疗应分期辨治,病证相参,以补虚扶正,解毒化瘀为大法。运用经验方康泰汤治疗多种恶性肿瘤,效果显著。本文详细探析了康泰汤的组方思路和临床应用。Professor Zhang Xuewen,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine physician of national level,believes that the pathogenesis of malignant tumor lies in"deficiency of healthy qi and excess of pathogenic factors complicated with phlegm retention and stasis".Accordingly,the treatment methods should be based on different differentiation and therapeutic principles,taking syndromes and signs into consideration.Kangtai decoction,a well-tested prescription,is applied in the treatment,so as to supplement the healthy qi and insufficiency,remove toxin and resolve the stasis.This decoction(Radix astragali 30 g,American ginseng 6 g,Ganoderma lucidum 12 g,ficus carica 10 g,Hedyotis diffusa 15 g,root of red-rooted salvia 15 g,Zaocys dhumnades 10 g,centipede 2 sticks,unprocessed licorice root 10 g)is applied to the treatment of various malignant tumors with significant therapeutic effects.Therefore,this paper elaborates on the principle of formulation the prescription,as well as its modern pharmacological research and clinical application.
