中药联合康柏西普治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨升清降浊明目汤联合康柏西普治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月收治的90例湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各45例。对照组应用球内注射康柏西普,治疗组减少康柏西普治疗的次数,并在此基础上应用升清降浊明目汤、针刺疗法和穴位注射。比较2组的临床疗效、治疗前后脉络膜的厚度。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,且治疗组治疗后的脉络膜厚度薄于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者应用升清降浊明目汤联合康柏西普治疗效果较好,能有效降低患者的脉络膜厚度,减少康柏西普治疗的次数,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Mingmu decoction combined with conbercept on choroid thickness in patients with wet age-related macular degeneration.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,90 cases of wet age-related macular degeneration patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used the conbercept ophthalmic injection.In the treatment group,the frequency of treatment with conbercept l was reduced,and Shengqing Jiangzhuo Mingmu decoction,acupuncture therapy and acupoint injection were applied on this basis.The therapeutic effect and choroidal thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the choroid thickness of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengqing Jiangzhuo Mingmu decoction combined with conbercept on choroid thickness in patients with wet age-related macular degeneration has better effect,can can effectively reduce the choroidal thickness of patients and reduce the number of treatment times of conbercept,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
