摘 要:随着制造自动化、信息化和物联网技术的快速发展,在线设备的实时管理及软件系统开发成为重点研究方向,特别是在疫情特殊时期,网络教育与在线工作需求快速增长。因此,硬件资源扩充导致设备管理与维护难度加大,基于网络的设备与管理凸显重要。文中针对此种问题,以联网设备与管理为例,讨论了角色功能行为,构建了设备数据库,设计了用户管理、设备管理、设备报废、设备维修4个模块,创建了关联数据表和E⁃R模型。采用B/S模式设计了设备信息管理系统,开发语言选用Java,后台采用MySQL数据库。系统经使用,各部分功能完善,实现了预期效果。结果表明该系统可以实现对各类设备信息集中监管,提高管理部门的决策效率。With the rapid development of manufacturing automation,informatization and IoT technology,real-time management and software system development of online equipments have become key research directions.Especially in the special period of the epidemic,the demands for online education and online work are increasing rapidly.Due to the rapid expansion of hardware resources,the difficulty of equipment management and maintenance has increased,and the network-based equipments and their management have become prominently important.Due to these problems,by taking network-based equipments and management as an example,the role function behavior is discussed,a equipment database is built,and four modules of user management,equipment management,equipment scrapping and equipment maintenance are designed,and related data tables and E-R model are created.The equipment information management system in B/S mode is designed,Java is selected as the development language,and the MySQL database is adopted for background operation.The practical application effect indicates that each part of this system has perfect functions,the expected results have been achieved basically,and the system can realize the centralized supervision of various equipment information and improve the decision-making efficiency of the management department.
